fuh lama tak tulis blog.. dan lama tak tulis dlm bahasa orang putih..but here goes...

thanks to all that came..and thanks to all that supported this humble event...
daripada sembang kosong kat kedai mamak.. lukis plan bawah pokok dalam panas matahari dengan air mata dgn rokok dunhill sebatang kara... ia telah menjadi reality...

FOR the sellers i know .. many of you were worried about the crowd..

if you were in my shoes.. you would know how i felt.. sleepless nights for 2 months
no family time ..as i devoted 90% of my time to this event... With RM0 budget.. and no sponsors what so ever... even the toy toss toys had to be bought...

As for the buyers, i hope you guys had fun.. i know.. the variety of toys were not enough.. but its a start...

The MYKSR motorcycle club came in as the crew.. for 2 days.. as i needed help..desperately... called them..and they showed up..even after work.. I SALUTE THEM.. working for teh tarik and nasik lemak 8 kupang only...
For them.. they dont understand the point of having a "Toy Fair" as none of them are collectors, but they helped anyway...giving it 100%

From another point of view..they were the best crew for this event, as they got no interest at all in toys, so they did their job at the event.. they didn't leave their post at all...or gone missing looking at the toys...
I got help along the way.. Hady and Syed from transmy and Nakata from MYKSR helped in promoting and explaining what is this toy fair is all about and the purpose of having it.. not just to sell toys and to make money.....It is for our scene...

UDA, KIRIN and MAKAI from MYKSR were really the men behind the scene.. helped me to look for the venue, promoting, answering phone calls , emails, promoting etc. they were the superheroes... D'melodies entertainment, Wangsa Maju supported in giving us the sound system and audio equipment...the Official Malaysia STAR WARS Fan Club also help a lot in promoting this event among their members....thanks guys... and Kedai runcit Ramasamy Desa Pandan in giving me the best ever discount on "mineral water"....also Boy Ipoh came as the BEST EMCEE ..thank you my friends...thanks also to DIECAST (hot wheels) group especially nusantara and blek magic for your support and guidance...the 501st Legion , Fightsaber group also came to the event and make it more fun for the crowd...

I hope i didnt leave any names behind.. if i did..,minta maaf ya...

At the end.. all went well.. i expected 400 to show up.. but about 1500 people came...

As for me.. seeing all the collectors smiling..strangers hugging each other and going home happy..that is more than enough..

also..we did help the HOPE MALAYSIA charity...and that felt awesome...
so.. kalau larat and if my wife says ok...... kita buat lagi..
see you all again next year... god willing ..insa allah

finally for those that said "wan, no need toy fair laa.... toy fair sak!!!!.. who are you to make toy fair? no need la.. all this sak...."
